Admins & crats are not able to block users on Urdu wikipedia to block users from Editing.
I accidentally noticed that I cannot, as a sysop, block users from Editing on Urdu wikipedia. Then I further investigated and asked my fellow crat and he is facing the same problem.
What is highlighted in the screenshot is intentional because you ALWAYS block a user from editing anyway, so there is no bug. Closing as invalid.
If there is some other problem then please provide clear steps how to reproduce the problem, as a list of steps what to do where, as asked many times before.
(Maybe this is https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T208649 but as no steps to reproduce a problem were provided here, I do not know.)
