Presently each wiki has a dropbox template with a different name and it is not easy to adapt a Lua module using them, speacialy in non latin languages.
It would be easier to use the same name in all wikis, specialy in central modules T135845 "Convert any module as central or centralisable"
We could use The same name in all wikis, example Template:Dropbox which in not used even in Englih.
But for ascendant compatibility we keep the previous present mames.
This can help many Lua coders and me as Assigned to central modules.

I don't see why this ticket was filed in Phabricator. It is up to each community how they name which on-wiki content or on-wiki template, so if you want each community to use a specific name I'm afraid you have to ask each community.

Ok, I understand. T66474 : Global namespace (looks local, lives centrally) will probably solve this ability.
