Description

Let us try out to update Chrome to a new version using ADB so that we script updating phones with latest Chrome and new Docker containers.

Peter triaged this task as Medium priority.

As I understands it, the only way to install is to have a full package file (apk) but that are not available for download for Chrome.

If you tie your Google account to your phone, you can at least install apps through a web gui but I have a hard time thinking that will work.

The Etsy team handled there updates manually their first year see http://buildingadevicelab.com/setup-configuration/#mobile-device-management-mdm-systems and then started to use a Mobile Device Management (MDM) System. If we start with for example 5 phones I don't think we need a MDM system, let us update manually.
