Now that Structured Data On Commons (a.k.a. "Captions" or "WikibaseMediaInfo") are deployed, it would be nice to submit the description from the app also to structured data and not only save it to the {{Information}} template.

This probably doesn't require any changes in WikibaseMediaInfo. I'm only filing it here for tracking and for easier searching. The actual issue is filed in GitHub at https://github.com/commons-app/apps-android-commons/issues/2297
