I've spent more than a morning over the last few weeks preparing an activity for the upcoming WMF all-hands. I'm creating this task to show a record of the work.

Time dedicated in the last month was on the order of 15 or so hours. Discussion, planning, and design work.

Once the event has been held I can share more (we're keeping the effort a secret so staff aren't spoiled by knowledge of what we're doing). I'l upload relevant files with attribution and then close this task.
