Project Name: ooui

Wikitech Usernames of requestors: Daegontaven

Purpose: Verifying custom OOUI generated themes work with mediawiki/core as per T100896#4879623 to start merging process.

Brief description:
Need to setup MediaWiki-Vagrant with a new custom OOUI theme checked out since my GCP and local workstations can't seem to run vagrant due to nested virtualization issues. Minimum quota(8gb box or more) only needed as documented in MediaWiki Vagrant guide for Cloud VPS.

How soon you are hoping this can be fulfilled:
This may take upto 3 weeks if the theme can't be verified to be working with mediawiki/core master branch since it will mean changes to the core again.

Closing this as I was able to verify the patch in T100896#4898625 manually (without vagrant).
