As a potential Wikibase user I want to be able to install Wikibase Client or Repository directly from the MediaWiki installer (in a similar way that other MediaWiki extensions can be installed/updated/configured/enabled) in order to start to use a fresh MediaWiki installation as a knowledge base as soon as possible.
Problem: It's currently hard and time-consuming to properly install and configure a basic MediaWiki-with-Wikibase instance.
