Description

This happened after the last archiva1001's reboot:

Condition: start condition failed at Thu 2019-01-17 15:16:05 UTC; 1s ago └─ ConditionPathExists=/var/run/archiva was not met

/var/run is on tmpfs and the archiva dir (created by the archiva .deb upon install) is not ensure by puppet or by other means (like tmpfiles.d).
