The first Selenium test for TimedMediaHandler
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Event Timeline

zeljkofilipin created this task.

@zeljkofilipin should I take this task? I'll need to grab some documentation for starters or else grab you later when we have time. :)

My plan was to write the skeleton of the test, but that will not happen during All Hands. :)

I've assigned the task to you. All I know about Selenium is here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Selenium/Node.js

Let me know if you have any questions. I'm available for review or pairing.

Thanks! Didn't mean to rush you, I'll probably poke at this next week unless I get inspired. :)

(Just noting I'll be ready to work more on this in around next week-ish)

I've assigned it to me for now, I'll create a sample patch today or on Monday.

Change 492710 had a related patch set uploaded (by Zfilipin; owner: Zfilipin):

@zeljkofilipin: It is unclear to me what exactly this is stalled on ("If a report is waiting for further input (e.g. from its reporter or a third party) and can currently not be acted on"). Could you clarify?

For the records, abandoned Gerrit patch says "Given we're going to be changing the entire DOM output with the switch to videojs "soon", maybe this should wait".

No reply; boldly resetting task status.

Apologies for the late reply. This is not blocked on anything. Just nobody is working on it.
