I have received this attached lovely email that someone thanked me for a creation! :-)
I wanted to check out the profile of that person but the email doesn't contain any link to that person's profile.
Is that something we can add?

The name "Editor-1" seems very generic and looks like was generated automatically, may be that's what brought the confusion. But it's actually the username of the editor who thanked you, see their userpage; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Editor-1. So you can just search the name you see in the email, for instance by searching "User:Editor-1" and you'll see the userpage of the person.
