Currently, articlequality gadget in euwiki scores articles from 1,25(?) to 5.5, and this is quite misleading for users, that would expect something from 0 to 10. Regular punctuation should something quite similar to this:
0-2 stub
2-4.99 start
5-6 C class
6-7.5 B class
7.5-9 good article
9-10 featured article
Maybe it is very difficult to have something like this, but it should, at least, count articles between 0 to 10.

The general conclusion that we came to is that we should probably just train the model with more data so that it can have more confidence in predictions.
