For the software project Wikiportrait (https://www.wikiportret.nl/) we would like a project so we can create tasks related to that project which anybody part of the Wikimedia Community can work on. The project has been developed under the supervision of Wikimedia Nederland (Dutch chapter). We need a few enhancements we want to track.

Description: Software project developed under the supervision of Wikimedia Nederland that allows users to upload photos (mostly portraits hence the name) in an easy way without having knowledge how Wikimedia Commons works. Uploads are curated by the Dutch OTRS team before actual uploading to Commons.
