The option to remove the first page, for Google uploads for example, does not seem to work anymore. I need to download the DjVu file and do it by myself. The last upload I did still have it, and all of my uploads since the middle of December at least.

I've not been able to replicate this bug. I've upload e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Clara_Morison_by_C.H._Spence_-_v1.djvu and the cover page was correctly removed.
@Nalou do you have any ideas for how I might be able to make it fail?

Hi, sorry for the huge delay. I just uploaded this file from archive on commons here. I clicked on remove the first page but it was still there. I had to remove it by hand. If you want to check, you may try this one with the following name Histoire de l'Académie royale des sciences et belles-lettres (Berlin), Tome 6, 1750.
