Description of a newly uploaded file in plwikisource is displayed twice:
https://pl.wikisource.org/wiki/Plik:Jan_Syga%C5%84ski_-_Historya_Nowego_S%C4%85cza.djvu

There is no such problem for older files, eg:
https://pl.wikisource.org/wiki/Plik:Encyklopedia_Koscielna_autorzy_t.14.jpg

https://pl.wikisource.org/wiki/Plik:Encyklopedia_Koscielna_autorzy_t.14.jpg is not on Commons.

https://pl.wikisource.org/wiki/Plik:Jan_Syga%C5%84ski_-_Historya_Nowego_S%C4%85cza.djvu is on Commons, descriptions are same both.

I am not sure to this is expected behaviour.
