Add -unusedcategories param

Description

When we want to execute some scripts, we have params like -unusedfiles -wantedcategories and etc.. I suggesting to add
-unusedcategories param too.

I do not agree.
There is a patch proposing to introduce -querypage, which will be valid for all special pages, in order to avoid proliferation of argument.

Probably we can close this as a duplicate of T214234 as it would solve this task too?

It is ok, but I thinked to this is not good idea, this option should be added too.
