Description

This is a tracking task to standardize the columns/work boards for all dc-ops sub-projects: ops-codfw, ops-eqiad, ops-eqdfw, ops-eqord, ops-eqsin, ops-esams.

They should have some standard column headings across all of them, @RobH has made this to ensure he doesn't forget to do this bit of housekeeping.

Procurement
Hardware Failure / Troubleshoot
Racking Tasks
Cloud Tasks (special column in eqiad due to WMCS task load)
High Priority Tasks (Please note this should likely be depreciated and the workboard sorted by priority per comment T214951#5027996)
Blocked
Decommission
Non-Urgent (Please note this should likely be depreciated and the workboard sorted by priority per comment T214951#5027996)

Caching or Network POP sites (less columns, simplier workflow due to less throughput):

Outsider comment: Instead of a "High priority Tasks" column on the ops-codfw workboard which is not disjunct, you could change the view to Sort by Priority. (In a few weeks we will likely also have grouping of tasks within columns, e.g. grouping by priority.)

+2 this is much better, but not sure the other on-sites will agree so I'll not yank the column quite yet.

Updated the task description. I think removing 'high priority' and 'non urgent' is a good idea, since the entire workboard can be viewed by priority.

Rather than futz with the ops-eqiad and ops-codfw workboards, I've made all the other site workboards match without those two columns. ops-eqiad has the added cloud team column, and otherwise they all match as the task description states.
