The wmf.mediawiki_history table, documented here, seems to not be MCR-aware. A naive implementation would be to add a revision_slot_id column, which should be compatible with the current use of MCR in which each revision only modifies one slot, but might be a bad fit for the slots schema in the long-term, if we'll eventually allow edits to multiple slots' content in a single revision.
