Description

I've done a quick hack to see what components could be used for this. It looks like a hook for postEdit and a call to the ORES API should be the way to go.

The goal is to finalize one of the tools this year, per Uppföljning verksamhetsmål 2019. As the solution will need to be reviewed by the community I am changing the priority to high now.

A first version of the script is ready for testing. Will look into how to actually have it made into a gadget.

@Nirmos left some feedback in the discussion above. Most proposed changes look trivial. The issue with viewing the dialogue while zoomed in may be a bit more complicated and is broken out into T239567.
