Update mediawiki/oauthclient on Packagist

Description

The mediawiki/oauthclient package is not updating with the latest tag on Github.

Could someone with access please update it?

I'm not sure what's changed since the last tag a week ago. The Packagist Service is still attached on Github, but it's deprecated and maybe it's no longer working. It should be possible to add a webhook instead.

service removed on github, webhook added

https://packagist.org/packages/mediawiki/oauthclient is now up to date and no longer showing a warning about the GitHub integration being broken.
