Fundraising-Ops wants to have all address change requests exported. The updated export script has not been deployed yet because it would be incompatible with the third-party API since we are still waiting for them. As part of this ticket, we have to do the first export manually because it is needed immediately. Afterwards, we need to create a legacy export flag to allow us to continue to use the legacy output of the existing exports.
