Bot to retrieve both metadata and images from Muis

Description

As more and more big TIFF-files get added to Muis (Ajaloomuuseum, Fotomuuseum) a bot is needed in order to retrieve both metadata and images and importing these to Wikimedia Commons.

In June 2020 Ajapaik (MTÜ Eesti Fotopärand) got funding from Kulka in order to restore connection between Muis and Ajapaik in order to be able to retrieve content from Muis and add to Ajapaik for different crowdsourcing tasks.

It seems to wise to also plan three-sided connections – Ajapaik–Muis–Commons(Wikidata)
