Spelling errors in RESTBase API error message for the "morelike" function
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

When the "morelike" function on the RESTBase API is used for a Wikipedia where it is not activated you get the following response containing two (or maybe three) spelling errors:

"detail": "'morelike' aritcle recommendations are not eanbled on this Wikipedia. Currently enabled on: en, es, fa, uz.",

  1. aritcle should be article
  2. eanbled should be enabled
  3. are should (maybe) be is (It is one feature that is not enabled, right?)

Not sure about this one. The feature maybe only one, but recommendations are many. If you remove the word 'morelike' then 'are' makes sense to me. Any native speakers?

I agree here. If it were the morelike article recommendations feature then a change would be needed, but since the text refers not to the feature but to the types of recommendations, I tend to agree.

Fixed in master. Will be live with the next deployment of the Recommendation API service.
