Currently, users can filter watchlists with "Changes by others," to ensure that they don't see their own edits. I'd like to request that a similar feature be added to Special:NewPagesFeed, so that new page patrollers can hide pages that they themselves created, since (unless you have autopatrolled rights) users can't patrol their own pages)

Alternatively, and perhaps easier to impliment as well as more useful, expand the "Were created by" option to include "Were not created by", allowing patrollers to filter out their own pages as well as the option to filter out pages of another specific user.
