Discovery/Search onboarding docs revamp for contractors and full timers
Let's start with a skeleton of what a new person would need on wikitech (rather than office, we wnat contractors to be able to access it) (where is old list it?)
We will review before the list someone joins but it will be updated by every new joining contractor/full timer

@Aklapper The page you linked is the current onboarding doc. Yes, it's confusing that it refers to Discovery and not Search Platform, but that's a larger nomenclature problem we haven't dealt with yet that goes far beyond the onboarding docs.
