Version 1.32 of the GoogleLogin extension has added a requirement to run maintenance/updatePublicSuffixArray.php before the extension will work. I think it may have been added in this commit: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rEGLOd621316ca8e428a3ca910989b3d308521d96f6de

I think it would be helpful to document this step at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:GoogleLogin as part of the installation steps, and also as a new "changes since 1.31 section."

It might also be helpful to describe the purpose of this step and how publicSuffixArray.php is used--I found a scenario where an empty array seems to work fine: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T215964
