It's caused by T215369: Install fails while running updateSearchIndexConfig.php - no such index "mw_cirrus_metastore"

This fix will need to be backported into the relevant release branches.

Sorry, I do not fully understand what this means. It is a problem with the dependencies that ones updated will dissapear? Or is Topic:Usk12zxjx7m3krhu not fixed yet?
PS: my error is concerning elastic search, not CirrusSearch.

The code for the fix is written, we just have to put it in the correct place so that it is pulled into the wikibase bundle docker image
