When I use quick search, with the Name radio button selected, and type in Virtue, Caitlin:
- I get the correct results showing in the preview pop up box (screenshot 1)
- But when I hit enter to see the results, I get a time out error (screen shot 2)
This is especially problematic because the Last Name search doesn't work since the update (we already knew this). So effectively, we can't reliably search by name at the moment
I just hung out with @CaitVirtue & disabling the KAM extension resolved it
Wouldn't you know I could replicate it on the call but now I'm trying to log upstream I can't!

@CaitVirtue I finally figured out how to replicate it reliably - & presumably what you were doing differently from other people - it seems once you did a search then used it again from the search results page it retained your previous criteria in the page - probably other people were searching & then clicking through to the contact.
Anyway - I've recorded an issue upstream -
In the meantime we'll leave it turned off - KAM is going to be 'always on' in a release soon but hopefully we've done enough bug reporting that when we upgrade to that it will be seamless.
