The current FileAnnotations prototype code uses a ContentHandler namespace with JSON to store annotations. While this is better than using wikitext templates, it's not The Way Of The Future we wanted. Instead, store those annotations as depicts (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P180) statements on the MediaInfo entity associated with the file.
