Fix name of the repo in README

We have mirroring set up, but it doesn't seem to be pushing as expected. See https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/draftquality/manage/uris/

Here's a quick link to the specific URI: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/draftquality/uri/view/21409/

@Ladsgroup tried turning mirroring off and on again. We also tried scheduling an update. Nothing seems to have changed and we don't see any errors.

I've tried using {K19} with URI ssh://phabricator@gerrit.wikimedia.org:29418/scoring/ores/draftquality, then scheduled a repo update; but gerrit remains out of sync.
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/draftquality/uri/view/21410/

The {K18} URIs seems they ain't working either (I disabled both when added the SSH one to see if it was some kind of credential issue).

So my guess is either K18/K19 are not working anymore or gerrit is refusing somewhat to import the changes.

It seems that gerrit is rejecting phabricator's credentials. I'm not sure what changed. If all else fails I guess I can create a new ssh key pair.

@mmodell if K18 credentials are being rejected as well maybe we should regenerate a new HTTPS password (I think that's K18 is for) given that other repos are using that credential to mirror from github.

@mmodell @Halfak - I re-tried with the K18 credential and updated the repo here. It looks like https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/scoring/ores/draftquality/+log/master is now up to date again with rODQ draftquality and GitHub.

I also see 20after4 made some adjustments of permissions in the gerrit repos that may have helped too. Without access to the logs myself, however, it is hard to know.

Let us know if everything looks good for now.

Best regards.
