We're due for another survey of which servers need to be replaced, decommissioned, or at least marked as in peril.

@aborrero created an up to date spreadsheet of our hardware recently which can probably be used as the source of truth for this audit. (Doc is restricted to Wikimedia Foundation staff only because it also contains non-public pricing information.)

That spreadsheet looks quite up-to-date to me; I'm not sure there's more to be done here.
