Change cursor from 'text' to 'pointer' for links when CTRL is pressed

Description

CTRL+click (meta+click on macs) on a link opens it in a new window, so the cursor should change accordingly. This is the same behaviour as LibreOffice & MS Word Online (Google Docs requires you to use the context popup to follow the link)
