https://tools.wmflabs.org/openrefine-wikidata/ is taking >20sec to open

From IRC:

<pintoch> for what it's worth, I have monitoring tools which measure the time spent doing actual work in the tool (executing "reconciliation queries"), and that statistic is normal today (around 0.6 sec per query, which is not unusual)
