Apparently the "tree" input type does not display correctly in the Foreground skin (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Skin:Foreground). This person has a suggested change to the Page Forms code to fix the problem:
It would be good to test out this fix with Foreground and make sure it works - and to test it with the Vector skin to make sure it doesn't break anything.
