Description

User added links are showing VE's native link context item when translation is restored. That happens if link is added either through preview card or using the toolbar.

Link preview card allowing to add new link	User-added link shows right context item in the first session	Link context item is not custom when translation is restored

Links marked as missing display the correct issue card when restored.
