H298 was created by @Banyek to attend raid degraded events but he is no longer attending them (and the account, as far as I know, is inactive).

It still adds him automatically as a subscriber to tasks such as T217755.

Assigning it to aklapper directly (normally I would not do this) because he would normally ignore just a subscription, but you don't have to do it yourself (or may not be able to). Apologies if this is inappropiate.
