Message about "License for caption contributions only" is too prominent

Message about "License for caption contributions only" is too prominent.

Despite the message mentioning "caption", it is not immediately obvious that this license refers to just the captions, rather than the files themselves. I had to read it several times to make this connection, and I knew that y'all just added the caption inputs that are posted to Wikidata. I don't think it will be clear to more casual users that UploadWizard targets.

If this message is necessary, there should be an equally prominent message nearby describing the license(s) chosen for the files, and the license for file descriptions.

Thanks for the ticket. We do need to have the notice; community explicitly requested that it be as prominent as it is, but to avoid further confusion/annoyance we'd like to avoid cluttering the area with additional stuff. We'll start with making some minor but hopefully clarifying changes to the header text, as seen in T217870, and go from there.

Hi @matmarex , thanks for the feedback. The message really is necessary :) Legal and Design approved the way it is now, but we'll continue to think about how we might improve it as we continue to make changes to upload wizard.

The message is still prominent (for legal reasons), but it is now a lot more obvious what is applies to ("License for caption contributions only")
Can we close this ticket?
