Lazy image loader doesn't load images in overlays

Description

It seems that lazy loaded images don't get loaded in mobile overlays.

I think the real problem here that is the page issues templates that are being used are not compatible with Minerva. Page issues JS should either be disabled for mediawiki.org or we should update those templates. Images are not meant to display in the overlay at all.
