+hashar thcipriani: I have added 1046 a few minutes ago ( https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T218245 )  feel free to just delete it?
+hashar I failed to notice it might have been affected by the WMCS disk outage from a few weeks ago
+hashar so it is probably corrupted and irrecoverable

I've deleted that instance (T218245#5022552)
