User story: when a user Saves event settings on the Event Settings page, the system should take her to the Event Summary page for that same event. This should happen whether the user is setting up a new event or changing settings for an existing event.
Currently, the user is directed back to the Event List page, which provides a listing of all the events in the current Program. (This is particularly unfortunate if the user is setting up a new event, since the event can't be fully configured/functional until the user goes to Event Summary and adds filtering.)
