Description

Let's say you go to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Portal:Cloud_VPS/Admin/VM_images?veaction=edit and try to add a link to #Really_Important_Warning.
VE/Parsoid will actually produce wikitext like [[#Really Important Warning|#Really_Important_Warning]] which is okay.
However, in the VE UI on the popup when you select the link, the link goes to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/#Really_Important_Warning which is the main page
