Wikidata description edits made in the Suggested Edits feature should include the following text in the summary field: #suggestededit-add / #suggestededit-translate so they can be found in the database via the revision comment field.

Note for future selves: once image captions are out, those will also have a #suggestededit-add/#suggestededit-translate comment
