Description

There is a diffusion gerrit repo mirror for wikibase-termbox which, potentially due to the repeated gerrit outages, is out of sync and does not want to re-initialize.

Initialization Error
Pull of 'wikibase-termbox' failed: Command failed with error #128!
COMMAND git ls-remote '********' 
STDOUT (empty) STDERR fatal: unable to access 'https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/wikibase/termbox/': Failed to connect to gerrit.wikimedia.org port 443: Connection timed out

@hashar already was kind enough to try "update now" but this did not yield any improvement.

This is happening with other repositories too, such as rEOTP, rSVEC, and rMW.

FWIW the termbox mirror is now saying "Fully Imported" and HEAD is where we expect it to be.
