Each time a new MediaWiki extension or skin repo is created an entry at rMEXT MediaWiki Extensions or rSKIN MediaWiki Skins has to be added. This step is often forgotten either when creating the repos or when archiving them and causes tools and other features using this submodule tracker to contain outdated stuff. Actually I am probably the only one regularly monitoring repository creations and adding missing entries. We should figure a way to make this more simple and while there are some scripts in both repos to make this more automated, they ain't working as expected given that they also add archived/readonly repos which ain't really necessary there.
