Description

Swedish Wikipedia (sv.wikipedia.org) is no longer getting local system messages defined in the MediaWiki namespace. Affected messages include:
https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Excontent
https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Excontentauthor
https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Nstab-main

After resaving any of these pages, it works for a short while, and then it's lost again.
