Steps to reproduce

set $wgMediaInfoEnableSearch = true; in LocalSettings.php
type something in the search bar
See in js console TypeError: mw.ForeignApi is not a constructor[Learn More]

Acceptance criteria:

When the search widget (top-right) is active (e.g. on https://federated-commons.wmflabs.org/), there must be no TypeError: mw.ForeignApi is not a constructor warning in console
