Description

I can't reproduce this reliably, but here's a screenshot:

At first, I thought it was due to the underscores, but after trying again, it seems to be OK with underscores. Maybe you could look at the error logs and see if there are any errors there. In the console it says: Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received., but I don't think it's related.

I have seen this too. And with usernames as well.

Hey @kaldari, do you think what you saw might be the same bug as this T219732? That error, which we fixed, was related to saving a category, then removing it, then adding it again (see steps below). Is it possible that's what you did? Or are you still able to reproduce the error you saw?

Steps to reproduce problem

  • In the Categories filter UI, enter any category in any wiki and click Save
  • Remove the category you just saved, then re-enter it and click save

@jmatazzoni - No, it definitely happened on my first attempt to add a category.

I can't reproduce this error. @kaldari, do you have an idea of how to make it happen?

@jmatazzoni - Perhaps it's related to the fact that I copied and pasted the category name into the interface rather than typing it.
