Description

User story: As an Upload Wizard user, I want clearly worded steps, so that I can understand what what's needed from me when a new step is added to the upload process.

We have this:
Metadata is the name of the structured data step

We want this:
To change the step name from "Metadata" to "Add data" to match all the other steps beginning with a verb.

Acceptance Criteria:

Change "Metadata" step to "Add data
