What popups?

@matmarex Ha, for a moment while switching contexts I forgot that we don't provide anything besides a tooltip for the help icons in PHP. As in they are no PopupButtonWidgets.

What a user experience (cursor is turned into pointer, item is focusable) doh.
We should at least use a different cursor as long as it's PHP only.
