Description:
User contributions pages with offset+limit greater than the number of
contributions sometimes quote the limit rather than the actual shown number of
results.

Eg, currently (will change), at the example URL
(http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Special:Contributions&hideminor=0&target=Gracefool&limit=500&offset=1500)
is "Showing below 500 results starting with #1501.", when it is actually showing
only 60 results.
