Description

Since https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Product_Guidance is now here, there's a few leftovers from the TCG era that need to be tackled,
namely the pages at mw.org and the Phab tag/workboard here at #tcg .
We know what to do with former, but not really with the latter.

I marked TCG as historical, redirecting to WPG, went through TCG tasks here, took the actions I found appropriate, updated the TCG project description here, and currently I believe the only thing left is archiving that workboard, or should it just stay there as it is?

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/technical-collaboration-guidance/ had zero open tasks so I updated its project description and archived it.
